Commercial Lines Account Manager
Vicki joined the agency in 2015 as a commercial lines CSR. Prior to joining the agency she worked for Travelers Insurance Company for over 10 years as a Customer Policy Specialist. She is experienced in commercial lines and assists Jeff Farmer’s and Amy Cerar’s commercial accounts.
Vicki is a native of Elmira, New York where she resides with her husband and three daughters. Outside of work she enjoys taking lots of small trips with family and/or friends.
