Valerie joined the agency in 2015 as a personal lines CSR. She has been working in customer service for over 19 years and is very good at working with people.
Valerie loves to travel, especially to her favorite vacation spot, Myrtle Beach. She loves the New York Giants and enjoys getting to go to their games. She is originally from White Plains, New York but has lived in Big Flats, New York with her husband for over 30 years. She has three grown children who she enjoys visiting as often as she can.
