Melissa joined the agency in 2017 as a commercial lines CSR. She has 17 years prior experience in commercial lines, including contractors, non-profit organizations, fire departments, municipalities, service, retail and wholesale.
Melissa is a native of Corning, New York and currently resides in Addison with her husband. Outside of work she enjoys crocheting and reading.
