Can You Save Us…Please?

Ok, let me see a show of hands, how many of you have our agency phone number saved in your cell phone contacts list?  That’s what I thought, I didn’t see many hands go up.

In an effort to make your life a little simpler, why don’t you take a moment and add W.J. Farmer Insurance Agency, LLC (or just W.J. Farmer Insurance, or just Insurance Agent, or whatever works for you) to your list of contacts? Can You Save Us Please?

Then, at a touch of a button, you can contact us for policy questions or changes, billing questions, certificate requests or whatever your need may be without having to search the internet or scramble through your wallet for an old business card to find our number.  You will then have it handy to give to the automobile salesperson who needs our number when you buy a new car, or a mortgage lender who needs our number when you are refinancing or buying a new home.  It will also be handy in the unfortunate event you have to contact us to report a claim.

Don’t forget that you can also go online to our website at www.wjfarmerinsurance.com to do a lot of these things too.  On our website you can submit requests to add/remove drivers, add/remove vehicles, change an address, request ID cards, request a certificate and much much more (please note no policy changes will be bound until we speak with you directly).  On our site you will also find the contact list for most of the companies we do business with.  This contact list includes links to their websites and contact information for claims and billing.

So, here’s our phone number – (607) 796-0551.  Our toll free number is 1 (800) 409-9390 and while your at it I would recommend putting our fax down too, (607) 796-5591.  Can you save us, please?

We look forward to talking to you soon!
